Our talents and experience are diverse, but at Deep Dive HR Consulting, we’re united by one thing: an overarching passion for getting it right.

Every day we make many decisions about how to best advise you, our clients. Our diversity is our superpower — taking business cases from the various industries we support, keeping abreast of changes in federal, state, and local laws, staying plugged-in to the needs of today’s managers and employees. We provide the high-level insight into your People, Processes, and Product without the full-time presence or cost associated with a permanent HR department.

An engaged team is a strong team: Each business is made up with a multi-generational network of individual contributors that need a framework, tools, and support to be their best-selves at work. Our expertise spans areas including strategic planning, design thinking, employee engagement, leadership coaching, training initiatives, technology deployment, benefit plan design, and payroll. We are fluent in English, Español, and Gen Alpha.

For more than 15 years, Joel worked internally as an operations and HR professional and as an external consultant primarily in the non-profit space. A growing family provided fresh incentive to shake things up a bit (and spend a lot less time on the road!) and Joel Bennett Consulting was born in late 2019. Supporting businesses through the transition to remote work in the hard lockdowns of 2020, creating communities of support for team members struggling with the brutality and racism of the summer of 2020, and creating a safe path towards resuming “regular” programming would mark JBC’s first year in business. Joel Bennett, SHRM-SCP

Principal CONSULTANT

Joel’s strengths are built on his ability to listen, break down a problem, and develop a strategic solution. A motivational trainer and facilitator, Joel creates and evolves organizational initiatives that support business strategy, enhance efficiency, and value individual employees. An alum of both Space Camp and the Disney Institute, Joel approaches challenges as both a consensus-builder and truth-teller. He serves as Standards Instructor for American Camp Association, and is an active volunteer with the Jewish United Fund. Joel holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Aly Bitter

HR GENERALIST + TALENT WRANGLER

Aly Bitter has worked in the human resources space since 2015, with experience that spans across industries such as music, restaurant management, beauty, and tech. She loves to work with startups and companies of all sizes as their first HR person to help establish the employee experience as well as processes and best practices on the operations side. Aly enjoys working with leadership to create internal initiatives to facilitate communication to resolve interpersonal issues. Outside of work, Aly loves spending her time doing yoga, hanging out with her dog, Franklin, and preparing for upcoming musical or film productions.

Paola Jiménez, SHRM-SCP

Paola Jiménez has 15 years of experience in operations, client relations, and employee support. She is passionate about fostering inclusive and positive work environments, and ensuring seamless HR processes. Her experience in the pharmaceutical, banking, and marketing/public affairs industries has always been driven by exceptional customer service and accuracy. Paola’s goal is to support each individual employee and to fuel the passion and dedication that define the heart and soul of our client’s work.

Robin Nigro, SHRM-CP, FPC

Robin Nigro is a dynamic HR professional with over 8 years of experience leading HR operations and developing impactful strategies. She specializes in talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Robin has a proven track record in administering payroll, benefits, and ensuring legal compliance while consulting with management on employee relations and organizational development to facilitate effective decision-making. Robin enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Ralphie and reading books of all kinds.
